Washington Dulles Marriott Suites 13101 Worldgate Drive, Herndon, VA 20170

"Great location! So many options for food. Clean well appointed room. The only HARD FAIL was the elevator. It's an 11 floor hotel, so MANY rooms. It was designed with SIX elevators, one dedicated to the parking garage. That leaves FIVE to carry guests to room floors. We stayed 2 nights and there was exactly ONE working elevator. Not the staff at the desk, but this is a huge issue. We were on 7 and we had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator and several times more than that as the elevator would be full. Also stopping on every floor! It sucked. The worst was I was chatting with another guest (while waiting for the damn elevator) and he'd been to the hotel 2 weeks prior and said it was the same. Do better Marriott."

"Great staff! The small suite I had met all my needs. Nice big gym. Good location. Just walk outside in the rear of the lobby and you have several little stores, restaurants."

"I was here for a weekend stay of Friday to Sunday. Unfortunately the stay was subpar due to facilities issues. Hotel currently has only one out of four elevators working and my room toilet had continuous flush issues. Staff did not alert guests of elevator issues or room availability. When I commented to staff about the elevator wait, a comment was made that it was an ongoing issue. The room was comfortable but I was not able to get a double occupancy room as I initially booked. Housekeeping staff also were persistent with turn down services despite having a 1pm check out. The location is within walking distance to many eateries was a plus."

"Informed them I need a crib in the room before I arrive. Upon my arrival I was impressed by how fast they gave us the room keys. I go to the room and it says privacy please, the room is occupied by someone. I had to wait with my 5 month old baby in the hallway at 11pm while my husband informs them about the room mix up. Then he requests for a room that’s close to the elevator, they tell him the crib isn’t set up there but they’ll get us a crib; so a woman comes and knocks on our door and gives us the crib in a bag with white sheets and I ask her you won’t set it up? She says I’m not sure how to do it they just asked me to give it to you!! I then call the manager to complain and she says yes it’s our mistake and you guys requested for another room so what can I do. She was so cold and not helpful at all and even when I told her I’ll write a bad review she said go ahead. Horrible customer service."

"Nobody behind the front desk when I arrived at 7:30pm. Slow elevators. Room fairly spacious and comfy. Very hot water in the shower with great water pressure. Shuttle service to airport quick and on time. Tons of restaurants adjacent to hotel."
