"Great experience living at the Icon at Dulles! Whenever I have an issue maintenance fixes it very quickly. Ed has done all of my maintenance requests and he was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. Did a great job fixing my window and even went out of his way to fix some lights I had out. Definitely one of the best maintenance experiences I have ever had! Very happy with my choice to live at Icon Also shoutout to Robert in the leasing office he helped me a ton when I first moved in!"

He was able to fix my shower head which had problems for the longest time, and many work orders later, Victor was able to solve the problem.
