"I am very frustrated with the customer service staff at this location and with Marriott Bonvoy hotels in general. Upon receiving a legitimate promotion to stay at your hotel, the promotion was never honored. After my stay, I then exchanged several emails with a front desk staff member, who promised he would fix it. He never did, and now when I contact him, it would appear he no longer works at the hotel, leaving without resolving this issue. I also am unable to actually contact anyone who seems willing to honor an issue that was started by your staff."

"Rooms are nice and the area hotel is in is nice, although a not next to any restaurants. Food quality is ok, but very overpriced with excessive surcharges. Got charged $11 for “a pot of coffee” that was only a 12oz Starbucks cup."

"I chose to stay here very last minute after I had a trip disruption. I was exhausted and only looking for something close to the airport. I’m very happy with my decision and I wish I could have stayed longer. The reservationist who booked my room, hotel staff, shuttle drivers, everyone made this stay a reason I will book this hotel chain in the future. The hotel thought of all of the little things like robes in the room and offering me a complementary bottle of water that most hotels in this price range overlook when considering how to make a guest’s stay comfortable. Highlights: cleanliness, bed, shower, tv, amenities. I give these all 5 stars as well. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check out the bar / restaurant because I couldn’t stay long, but they looked very nice. I would consider this my ideal experience :)"

"Rooms very Clean, everyone that works there was extremely pleasant and helpful. Reliable airport shuttle. Food available in restaurant. Highly recommend and will Be Back. Always a plus to have a clean comfortable place to stay. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars for Location is because it is a long walk to get To shops and restaurants however, if you Like To exercise it is doable."
