"There were ice till last evening because of the neglected Mangememt. Manager name is Phil and he is on of the rudest person I have ever met since been living here for over 3 years. Since parking spots still packed with ice it was difficult for my Minivan to park super properly was impossible and I tried my best but barely touching the lane. I do drive as commerical so is mot i am new on driving.According to the leasing contract if you do not have a valid sticker then their contracted towing service may toe your vehicle which makes sense. But they do not thier protocol especially things happnening after a new manager Phil came in. So they towed my vehicle 2 am in the morning i lost my work day and have ny identification and wallet with personal belongings inside my work vehicle and I almost failed to make it to My very important interview and as well my work lost her work day because of that and have to give me a ride to my interview. This is new manager has been targeting us since he was replaced . Now my bill is $200 . People are frustrated with the inflation and economy and they are targeting vehicles as snow and ice nelt last night immediately which is absurd. They need a zero rating. The best person was javaras. If they do not reimburse me $200 I will plan to file a law suit for discrimination. Because 2 weeks ago he stocked a notice at my door about cleaning. It took them 3 weeks to fix the dishwasher. Until now our washing machine got issues its been 1 and half month now they didn't fix. 1 year ago there was a mice walked into our apartment. A dirty environment and irresponsible mee managemnt who specifically targeting us. Right after thatvketter few weeks later He got My work vehicle towed. They should get a one star. As I approach this morning to the leasing office, brain was very nice go me and the lady as well they explained to me what happened. But then here comes the rude Manager out from his office without any invitation and started screaming at me and rude and told me that'd prohibited what I did. So I said the same thing that My van was barely touching the lane and not supposed to be prohibited plus there were buch of ice . He continued to scream and told me to go out and go out from the office like he owns all the buildings. That's a harassment and I was with my spouse who has mental depression disorder and he kept screaming, yelling and telling us to get out . He said get out at the stairs out side where there were no camera he can harrass me infront of my wife Is thier people should can consider to move in? I would retain this review forever. I hope the owner can pay attention on the new management because The same manager keep targeting us."

"I have been a resident since June, I had a few initial hiccups but it was all sorted out and I was taken care of . Thumbs up!! for Henry in the leasing office. If you have any questions he is your go to guy. The upgraded apartments are really nice, Especially the kitchen area. I really like the 2b2ba floor plan. Plenty of sunlight throughout the apartment. Jarvis is also one of the good guys in the management and definitely needs a mention."

"Worst management and poor parking services. They just got to earn money by making false allegations on parking and very unethical way of towing. It shows 2 consecutive nights only and on my second day of parking they towed my car."

"Attention: Never come to this apartments because of these management people are uneducated and they don’t even care about your apartment issues. 1. I have opened a maintenance ticket and it was there for month and no response and no one showed up until I go to leasing office. 2. Except Javarus all are rude people they don’t even care what is your problem is they simply say maintenance guy will come and take a look. 3. Sometimes the maintenance people will come and go but they don’t fix the issue After all this please see attached photos and videos how they messed up with my apartment and they don’t care about it. Finally we can’t win these people by explaining our problems so suggesting everyone don’t prior coming to these apartments."
