"No hot water for ~2 days, with no updates on when it might be back. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have generally been very pleased, but this was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel is dated and needs to be updated. Lots of things are broken. Door entrance room key locks are broken, room lamps don’t work, fireplaces inoperable, furniture and beds worn, etc. Friendly staff, great location, great breakfast and generally clean, but needs maintenance and updates. On a positive note, I appreciated the reimbursement for one night due to the hot water issues. I’ll be back."

"We chose this hotel based on prior experience with Hyatt and also the reviews. The good: the property was clean and the breakfast was good. The bad: it was the worst mattress I have had the displeasure of attempting to sleep on. I ended up on the sofa. I'm attaching photos of the bed. Notice the manufacture date of November 2007. How is this still in use, nearly 16 years in? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
