"Where do I being. If I could give 0 stars I would. My first year here my ceiling collapsed 3 different times due to leaks. I saw mice daily. They didn’t fix anything. AC broke they just gave me a portable AC. Heat broke In winter they gave me space heater never fixed it. I asked for things to get fixed they don’t. Don’t live here! Management is terrible. Takes weeks and weeks to get things fixed. I pay rent on time why can’t they do their jobs on time. Unless you are the verge of homelessness don’t live here."

"DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENT, I REPEAT DO NOT Moving into my apartment was an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. When I arrived, my apartment wasn't ready as promised, and I had to deal with a slew of maintenance issues. Despite submitting maintenance tickets, no one has bothered to come and address these problems. What's even more frustrating is that the staff never answers their phone, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone for assistance. To top it all off, the apartment itself had an unpleasant, lingering odor that never seemed to go away. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating living experience, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their services."

"Horrible maintenance & management team. Have had no AC in my bedroom for over a year — management continues to claim they’re “waiting on a part.” For a year?! Also, have had multiple instances of flooding, water shut off, and massive leaking in my ceiling from the apartment above. Just a horrible place to live. Don’t do it to save a few hundred bucks."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Right now, in it is 50 degrees outside and there is no hot water…in the entire building-its been out for around 24 hours now. If it’s not the hot water (which usually comes out the faucet muddled anyway), it’s a leak, or the ac unit goes out, or an unresponsive front office (the list goes on, but I would run out of space). This place is old, dilapidated, and should be demolished. Asking anyone to pay rent for this type of housing is inconceivable."

"I moved in less than a week ago. After two days I noticed the AC unit was leaking so I immediately called the leasing office and emergency maintenance and was told this matter would be taken care of. Their first attempt to solve the problem was just putting a rag down and turning off my AC unit. At the time it was 97° outside and unpacking in a hot apartment isn’t ideal. Not only does leaking raise concerns for inhaling Freon’s, water damage but it makes me sacrifice my happiness within my new apartment. As a new resident this makes me extremely disappointed because all of my neighbors are super kind and helpful. All I want is this issue to be resolved and for some reason I feel like it’s not going to be."
