"This is the worst experience I have ever had in all my years of renting. Think twice before you rent here because the property & staff suck. The price of living here is not worth the price you pay in rent. This is absolutely not a luxury apartment. The upkeep of the building & garage is below standards. Good luck to you if you do decide to rent because they clearly pull the wool over your eyes when showing the rental property."

"The Tuscany Apartments is a friendly, clean, and social community. The office staff is pleasant and very attentive to your needs. The maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient. I love my neighbor's, very friendly and social. The location of this property is in the heart of DMV. Less than eight minutes to the airport, shopping malls, 495, 395, & 95. Excellent schools in the area and plenty of family activities."

"I’m new to The Tuscany Apartments and so far, I’m enjoying my decision to move here. I was moving from a 5-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment - so I was nervous. Tuscany had enough quality spacing to aid in my transition. And the private garage was a huge help for storage. I absolutely love the PM team; especially Crystal. Crystal was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Carolyn, the community mgr and Crystal have a great disposition and you can tell they take pride in the quality and care of this community and the tenants that live here. Although the amenities appear to be minimal, what they do have offers a functional, quality of life purpose to your everyday life (package concierge, shuttle service to/from metro or airport, fitness center, side by side washer/dryer in my unit, WiFi/coffee lounge, private garage and underground garage option, and a dog park). My ONLY cons at this point are that there isn’t a community room for hosting functions, and the online floor plan says there are double sinks in The Michelangelo, but there aren’t any. Also, the cost of the private garage could be a little less expensive, but I’m willing to give up coffee and shopping for the convenience. The pros overwhelmingly outweigh the cons. I really do feel at home here."
