Battery Heights Apartments

"When I moved here, school staff got a discount on the security deposit. My first year was excellent, but then they changed companies and things were not as good. We recently moved for other reasons, but I feel like things haven’t gone smoothly on their end. The office staff is not professional or helpful. The person who helped with our move out process acts like I know nothing when I call with questions. I asked about getting my security deposit back and when that would happen and she became defensive and rude, making sure I knew that the law said she has 45 days to get it to me. The day I turned in my keys, they said they required a walk through, which was fine. When I got there, the person to do it was “too busy” to do it at the time. Many things were great about Battery Heights, but moving from there has been stressful."

"I have lived here for 6 months now and like it a lot here! One great thing about Battery Heights is that when you put in a service request, someone will be by within a day to check it out. The only issue we have had is with paying our rent with their online portal but I believe they just switched to a new one and are still working out the kinks. Overall, I would definitely recommend!"

"We have lived at Battery Heights since July 2011. We have had a great experience living here. The office staff is all very friendly. Whenever we've had an issue and reported it to the office staff, it was almost always fixed within 24 hours. They take good care of the grounds. It's usually pretty quiet and we don't often see our neighbors. We also found it very affordable for the area! The only reason we are moving out is because we want to rent something bigger. We loved living at Battery Heights and would definitely recommend checking them out!"

"Overall the experience here is quite good. It's clean and safe. As a general rule it is quiet and if you need something taken care of it will get gone. The office staff are very kind and friendly. They get to know tenants personally and are always so welcoming when I come in."
