"They do some good convincing at first until it's going on longer and longer and it's becoming more and more obvious that they have absolutely no intention of doing anything about your issue to begin with!!! My bedroom ceiling fan, is going it's second year with the fan motor burned up!! And you would think that Since I went through last summer's hottest 3 to 4 months long with no AC whatsoever that they would have attempted or offered to do something to make me more comfortable until the repairs were made, however not a chance!!!"
