"Total nonsense. I have top tier rewards at several casinos around the country and love visiting new casinos. I see a billboard and decided to check this one out. I'm driving a $100k truck pulling a new 30' aluminum trailer with (unbeknownst to them) a $300k sportscar inside. As I walk in security asks if I'm driving the truck and trailer so I say yes. They proceed to tell me they don't allow trailers in their lot and make me leave. What a stupid rule. I suppose they did me a favor, but sure wished I didn't waste my time to be told that I couldn't enter. I will not be stopping any the next Hard Rock when I'm not pulling my trailer."
"The machines at the hard rock are fun! You can actually win from time to time. I hate the smoking and wish they would switch the non-smoking sections with the smoking areas and if they would just make it all nonsmoking it wouldn’t really hurt business at all as evidenced at the Harrahs Cherokee. The jackpots are relatively small compared to the Cherokee. The largest jackpot that I remember seeing was around $52,000. There may have been some that larger but I don’t remember seeing them."
"Hotel is still under construction. We found the slots to be very tight and the casino felt very cramped with how the machines and table games were laid out. Cigarette smoke was terrible, and the tiny non-smoking gaming area had an abysmal game selection. Definitely not very impressed thus far; maybe it will be better once the resort fully opens. For now, I can have a much better time at Hollywood Casino in Charles Town for just a smidge longer drive."
"Enjoyed my time there. However when we wanted to leave at 10 pm on a Friday night there was no way to get back to our hotel. Waited for an hour trying to get Uber, no luck. Security & door staff gave us a few numbers for drivers. They were all a no go. Took almost 2 hours to find a way out. The casino is aware this is an issue. I would think they could afford to spring for a shuttle. Or even just provide a shuttle that charges. I would've been happy to pay to leave"
"The slots are too tight. They do not have any good slots like dragon link in the nonsmoking section. Soda drinks are flat. Seating is too close. Bathrooms are not convenient to get too. The restaurants are very good. The personnel are very polite. The facility is clean. Plenty of parking spaces."
