"Do NOT stay here, save your $. So many reasons why, but to highlight a few: kids that are 6 years old and old up are considered “adults”, NO POOL, No fresh breakfast. This place is not kid friendly. I also have delivered food here through DoorDash, and the person who ordered the food (whom I ended up knowing) said the owner/manager/whoever harassed her for having “visitors” over late…………..it was about 8:00PM. Hope this helps!"
"The hotel was in a good location, close to all the attractions, it was clean an the managers were nice."
"The room is okay not as bad as some people stated the only problem we had is when we checked the bed the bottom sheet had cigarette burns all over it. Went to the office to get another sheet and I told them I could make the bed. But the man said that his wife had to change it this way the person that did the house keeping may get fired."
"The rooms are nice and clean especially for the price. The service people are very caring and nice. Also the location is good. You have the main city of Bristol but also 30 minutes away from Johnson City and Kingsport. The noise in the area is not bad at all even though you're off the highway. It's a nice place to stay for sure."
"Came in to town for a family funeral, so needed a place to shower and rest. The room is tidy but old furniture and smells of musty, mildew . The bathroom was nasty,the tub was brown stained up. Asked to cancel the reservation, clerk said no problem, I want you to be happy with the room. So that was the only good thing about the place."
