"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was a Cheddar’s Restaurant and Cracker Barrel available without having to get out on the main road. That’s important when traveling with grandchildren. Second time I have stayed there and will again in a few months."
"Excellent servers in restaurant and food was very tasty. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Two complaints-Hook on bathroom door fell off as soon as a towel was hung on it and a male guest was walking around barefoot in the breakfast area. What happened to no shoes, no shirt no service. It was just gross."
"We stopped here on our way to Nashville. There was a snowstorm coming in and we are Hilton Honors members. Lots of dinner places were closed so we ate in the hotel restaurant. They were quite busy, but made every effort to ensure the service was friendly and good, if a little slow. It is not a super new establishment, but it was very clean. The TVs were out, but the internet worked. We would be glad to visit here again."
"I liked the pool it was warm and fun to play in. I didn't like how much the pet fee is. I think it should had been included in the room payment not an extra charge. But on that note it was a very clean room and the beds were soft."
"Checked in late. Got to room and into bed when room next to us had a barking dog. Called front desk and Zakery offered to switch our rooms, which was great, since he couldn't get a hold of the dog people next to us. Next morning had a great breakfast! Chip at front desk was very nice as well as all the staff in the breakfast area."
