"Went and visited a friend who was staying there the rooms have been done nicely the lady is always nice that answers the phone and I'm going to have to say it's basically a decent place cuz it's always full you can never get a room there"
"Used to be a run down motel with.worn out beds. Now that its been bought out by Appalachian and had some work done, the beds have been replaced with fairly comfortable memory mattresses. But as far as the room goes. Run, run, run and find somewhere else to stay. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned and when we came back 3 hours later, the room was ready and then i went inside and found mens boxers under the table next to the bed, an absence of a tub, used waterbottle under the tv cabinet, cigarette cellophanes with dope residue in the floor under the ripped up recliner. And so many stains and burns in the carpet that it could have been an abstract art piece."
"Roaches every where in room 5. Fridge didnt work only freezer. Got videos on phone showing the roaches. Asked for refund or at least part of my money and they refused. Said i should of left when i saw them. It was 3 am when i saw the most of the roaches. Was quite a few crawling around that morning. On a pillow the ceiling the table between the 2 beds the bathtub and sinks. Will never stay again."
"Mgmt u can finally trust. Newly remodeled rooms, great price, rent weekly, wish they could accept pets especially emotional support animals, mgmt takes excellent care of every1! Clean, friendly, safe environment! Look forward to our stays here!"
"My worse experience ever. My room was nasty , no bathtub. Bedbugs. I haven't stopped scratching since i left there. The bed was nasty the matress . I lived at the economy inn it was ALWAYS clean. My advice dont stay at crest hotel! That was my first n last stay there."
