"I don't write bad reviews but this place was DISGUSTING. We got there and laid on the bed and it felt like we were laying on the floor. The sheet was not clean so we tried the pullout couch. No mattress and found an adult toy in it! So we looked under the couch cushions and found adult videos. We left in the middle of the night after that. Called the next day for a refund and was told the manager would call us. No call back. The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here if you don't have to. Still waiting for that call and refund."

"I had a short notice trip I had to take, and started looking for places to stay. I must admit, this was not my first choice, as I normally stay in 3+ star hotels. However, because I was in a time crunch, I reluctantly booked it. Upon arrival, I was pessimistic as the exterior is very dated. But my opinion started to change once I met the staff and checked in. They were really helpful. The room was about what you would expect for a room at this price point, yet ..very clean... In fact I have to say both room and hotel exterior ( On my stay June 1st 2023 ) excelled in cleanliness and appeared well maintained. This hotel only had one to three stars depending on where you look, but over 220 reviews. A good number of them positive! That may be because of its vintage style. In my opinion what it lacks in design, it makes up for in customer service. If this place was a children's book, it would be called "The little hotel that could." I can now say, I would stay here again if seeking a place to stay in this price range."

"The door had a broken lock, the beds were not comfortable, all of the shades on lamps were torn up, the tiles in the bathroom were wet at the bottom and had mildew on them. It was not very clean inside the room. It looked like "ejectilations" were on the light fixture by the bed and had good stuck in it. Only good thing I can say, there were no bed bugs."
