"When I booked the room online it had said was an upgraded renovated suite and when I got there they said they didn’t have the room I paid for online. Said they can put me in an upgraded room that was the traditional room, looked nothing like the pictures online. I had stayed from the middle of December till 1/17/2024 and not once did they come to clean the room/ trash service or anything. I was told that I keep the pillows from my stay because they just buy more.. I got a smoke free room which smelled like cigarettes because of the people on both sides of me constantly smoking in their rooms. The neighbors to the left and the right were almost always loud and tapping on the walls at different hours of the morning. Not to mention I highly think that room 212 is up to some shady stuff with how many times you hear women yelling and the room being moved around."

"Denise and the office Manager is AMAZING... I have been here for almost a year the downside of it is I haven't had a smoke detector and still waiting on a bed because the one in my room has been broke. The laundry room gets shut down alot, my room window hasn't been able to open all year, The only update in my room is the floors, internet constantly goes out, I have had 2 big bubbles in my ceiling from rain leaking thru the main roof that hasn't been fixed yet, the price of rooms go up without anything being fixed or updated, haven't had any kind of housekeeping since staying here, don't get compensated for water being shut off, or no internet, or machines in the laundry room taking your money, they allow children to live in rooms while the parents live in a different room, but Denise is who makes it comfortable here"
