"the room was not well maintained, despite having being non smoking the room smelled of smoke and left it was still on my clothes after I got home. There were some minor damages throughout the room, small wall gouges that were obvious and fixable. The kitchen equipment provided had some chips and pots and pans were poor quality and had excessive scratches. The bathroom was simply not cleaned at all, there was soap scum in the shower and makeup marks and other spills on the sink. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and the only thing nice about it is it's location being near enough to food and shops"
"Location is good. The hall and rooms are humid. Nothing for breakfast so plan for yourself. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner etc. overall okay."
"ROACH was in my bed and the boy/child who was like 16 at the front desk just laughed and said thanks ! ?? What kind of service is that? I would ask for a refund but y’all don’t care nor are you ever at the desk. Will never stay here again. Stale rooms, bad ventilation, and my husbands allergies started acting up. Bed was unbalanced and wobbled. Stiff scratchy linens. Oh, did I mention roaches?"
"I chose this place due to the location being in close proximity to my job. I'm new to the area and have been here for over 2 months. I must say I wish I NEVER chose this location. I had to clean my room on the same day I checked in. The floor was extremely dirty. I have to get my key recharged almost daily. The halls have a nasty mildew/weed/musty smell. No one is ever at the front desk when you need them. I've seen roaches a few times, and the laundry room is trash because most of the machines don't work. Housekeeping has NEVER cleaned my room, and each time I go down to get clean linen, they give me stained sheets and blankets, so I started washing them on my own. I requested a kitchen set, and the pots were dirty. At this point, I pick my battles, and rather than argue with them about their unsanitary hotel, I just clean all my stuff on my own."
"Everything was ok except one elevator broke and for a lot of people that is a concern especially if you are handicapped 400 people using the elevator both should work at all times I complained to police and fire department and their guest relations also to OSHA no one helped I just hope no one gets hurt they have only one sign down stairs but no signs on the third and second floors if someone tried to use the broken elevator and get stuck that would be a concern for the safety of all guests that need both elevators to be working safely at all times. And the reception don't always answer the phones and the maintenance are very unethical for leaving that elevator broke for almost a week now."
