Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol

"Well I was surprised Delta hotels are amazing I tend to stay in the courtyard next door when traveling. Headed south this week I noticed that the holiday inn was re-branded as a Delta. On my way north I decided to book a room and man I have to say Delta might become my new go to Marriott property. First The room was spotless and very well appointed Second The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone I met was beyond friendly and helpful Third The food on site was amazing. Normally I walk to one of the many restaurants located near this location. Instead I tried the hotel restaurant and bar and was pleasantly surprised. Fourth They have room service Fifth Location is perfect for the trailer on us 81 9.5 hrs to NY and 9.5 hrs to Florida This is the perfect midway stop Cons The only con They do not want commercial trucks in the main lot. However you can park in the rear. I understand semi trucks but think pick-up trucks should be allowed All and all this place will become my new must stop hotel Well done and thank you"

"I’ve stayed at 4 star hotels that weren’t as nice and hospitable as this one. This is one of the cleanest dog hotels. But tbh, dogs are less messy than people and they don’t smoke and are not rude. Dog guests are all contained on one floor. There was no dog smell or urine smell at all. Our room was clean and fresh. Great water pressure and so many channels to choose from. We asked for extra towels and it came within 5 minutes. Also the shampoo was very nice. The bed was comfy. Totally impressed and highly recommend. My dogs were very happy too."

"My first time at this hotel. It is just what we needed after driving 10 hours. I was impressed by the customer service. Everyone we encountered was professional AND happy!! We will be back. The restaurant and bar was a bonus! Good food and bar service without driving!! Thank you! We saw many families with their furry friends. Overall impression: clean, family and pet friendly hotel with a good bar/restaurant. Many chain restaurants surround the hotel."

"We opted for this hotel because they allow pets. We have a hypoallergenic dog that doesn't shed at all...However there was so much dog hair on the carpet from previous guests that it was nasty, we were pretty grossed out. Why are all dog owners charged such an expensive fee if they actually don't clean the rooms properly? That's why we pay so much so you can give us a clean room! staff was very nice, but the cleanliness of the room was not quite as good :(...this makes me never want to take my pet with me and actually opt for a hotel that doesn't accept pets..."

"Overall a great option while staying in the Bristol Abingdon market. The staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant and bar are fantastic. You’ll find no need to leave in the evening for dinner or drink. The rooms are nice and clean. I would suggest asking for a room that isn’t facing the interstate as the road noise was a little loud. The bathrooms are a touch on the small side. Overall, great hotel for travel."
