"My husband first called Mr Satnam to consult about our case (me applying permanent residency) where he gave us a brief but direct explanation on what we should do, and based on that we made an appointment and first saw him in January. He estimated a timeline for all the procedures barring any issues (from my side). We took some time to gather all the necessary documents and we filed our applications in February. We followed all requests by the immigration and related departments and if there were any inquiries me or my husband would email Mr Satnam, which he would respond and inform the next step of action. I would say for my case where we followed all that was asked, I managed to get my green card approved by end of July without any issues! (I had gotten my social security and employment authorization a few months earlier). I would say if you want an expert in immigration law, you should get his service but also follow what he has asked to make your applications approval expedited. Other than that, it's on the government's end to how fast they work. As far as I have seen, he acted with professionalism, so I hope others would check him out and determine for themselves."

"People think that Atty. Singh is rude, he is just direct and doesn’t take bs. So if he ask you a question you better give an honest answer so he can better understand and help you. He offers free consultations so he isn’t all about money, he has the heart to help people. So if you’re looking for an attorney that is reliable and knowledgeable I highly suggest him. He helped my wife with her citizenship and it went really well!"

"I should note that my review is based on a 15 minute free consultation with Mr Singh, so I am actually adding one full point for his willingness to engage in that way. However, I would recommend caution about retaining this attorney. He made it clear he was not interested in even understand the situation I presented, at one point telling me I was giving "contradictory" information. No, I was not: there is nothing contradictory about a mother arriving in the USA on a visa waiver program to accompany her minor son to start school with an F-1 via, and then leaving before her legal limit, while hoping to come back at some point with the possibility of, along with her son, gaining permanent residency. Mr. Singh seemed to want to engage based on a preconceived script, rather than understand exactly what a potential client wanted. He failed to ask appropriate questions about how my niece might be able to immigrate to the USA- for instance, I already sponsored one niece who I employed as a housekeeper for a few years. Based on this one, almost adversarial telecon, I would not accept his advice that my niece has no path to a green card and would not have wanted to retain him even had he indicated there might be such a path. That said, he may right."
