"Update: I just had to come back and say how AMAZING Donna is!! She is now my dad’s caregiver and she is simply the BEST! She is so caring and so patient with my dad. She always brings him things like snacks or smoothies. She is so generous and so caring. I consider Donna one of our family now. She makes sure my dad is happy, clean, and well fed :-) She is the best caregiver I’ve encountered so far! I had to come back and share this review to give her the credit she deserves. Thank you Donna for being you! And thank you Visiting Angels! Visiting Angels is great! Caregivers are caring and supportive. Very kind. Not only do they care for your loved one, they care for you as well ensuring you know that you are always supported! Sherri is simply amazing! Kim, the scheduler, is always very responsive and does her best to accommodate your requests. And Dean is a hands on boss who comes by often to see how things are going. I would definitely recommend them for your caregiving needs."

"I’m very pleased with Visiting Angels. They are very customer centric and responsive to my needs. Specifically, Ms. Ernestine Lopez is a phenomenal caregiver to my mom. She’s always on time, she’s consistent with wellness support for my mom such as blood pressure checks and incorporating physical activity into my mom’s day. Ms. Lopez has incorporated creative ways to assist my mom with recall which makes my mom feel in control. Ms Lopez is conscious about my mom’s health and she treats her like a family member often surprising her with sweets and treats. She is very patient and kind and that speaks to her professionalism. My family is overjoyed and at peace due to Ms Lopez’s outstanding work ethic."

"We had an excellent experience with Visiting Angels (Hampton Roads, VA). The people were great and did a fabulous job aiding my father during his time of need. The best part of Visiting Angels was the owner Dean L. He went above and beyond on MULTIPLE occasions to ensure that dad received the best care possible. This included taking shifts himself and also bringing my dad to almost all of his appointments. For Dean this is more than a job, it is his calling, and he is wonderful at it. "My sister and I were very pleased with the care provided by Visiting Angels of Norfolk, VA. We had maybe 5 or 6 different overnight caregivers during our brother's last few weeks of life and 4 in particular stood out as very caring, high quality caregivers: Samantha, Helen, Precious and Rosalyn. It was such a relief to have them come in to take the night shift so we were able to get some sleep. Since we were caring for our brother during the day, we knew how much work was involved and were very impressed that just one Angel caregiver could do the work by themselves. These ladies were a joy to meet and share our workload with and we felt confident that our brother was in good hands. Their kind and compassionate attitudes also boosted us to handle that very difficult and stressful time. These women were truly angels and we benefited from their presence almost as much as our brother. Thank you for helping us!"
