"My experience at this office was simply the BEST. The most gentle, polite, helping, and smiling staff I had ever seen."

"So my mom passed the English test and u.s history test and writing and reading test and they fail her for not understand English, it says on form N-652 (understand English) I don't know what is that test, if she doesn't understand English how did she answer all your questions and passed all the test and eventually they fail her saying understand English. Now I'm trying to find out that does she have to retake all the test or just understand English test and I don't know what is that test. So I tried to find answers online I couldn't find it and I called them they are not answering. Does anyone can help me with this?"

"I had a biometric appointment for Canadian tourist visa. It was a winter storm on the day of the appointment so could not make it. Nobody picks up the call at this office. I go there next day and plead my case. My application will be null and void if I don't provide biometric in a month and the appointment slots are full for the next 2-3 weeks. I request for a walk in. They is literally no one there, the entire process takes less than 5 mins. The amount of time the staff spent in coming out and refusing my request I could have given my fingerprints by then. They insist I should get another appointment it will all be "okay" no need to worry. I do as they say and lo and behold my application is denied. Now will USCIS refund me the $185 application fee. Is there no space for considering special circumstances or are we all machines who lack any kind of sensitivity or empathy. Absolutely aghast. Obviously there is no one to complaint to now and I have to simply be content with writing this review which I am not sure they even bother to read."

"This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. As an actual US citizen, I am appalled at the treatment of individuals who come to this facility. The guard at the door is extremely rude to everyone coming in the building. After reading MANY similar reviews about this individual, I’m surprised his behavior is allowed to continue. I would not want that to be the first experience people have when entering my establishment! I was accompanying a friend to this facility, and we were told by her attorney that it was OK to have someone with her, and he rudely told me to go wait in the car. He was rude to everyone we saw there. There is a way to conduct business without being rude and unprofessional, and the guard at the front door does not understand that concept. He has no business working there"

"Junk calling. A bot will ramble on until pointing you back to website which doesn't answer any questions. Another waste of your taxes is this field office and likely the entire department. If you can go anywhere else, make your life easier and happier by passing on the org.... then vote for people who will defund this organization and make better use of your hard earned forcefully taken tax money."
