"Came for giving a cost estimate for a new HVAC system. A gentleman came at the precise appointment day and time. He put boot covers on before the inside inspection . He asked first before He put new filters in place. I had new ones in the storage room where he was checking the internal unit. He explained what he found with the internal and external units. He assured me that he would have everything explained in an email. He also provided different options according to my price range. All in all, I was treated respectfully and plan to consider this company high on my list!"

"Called at the end of November with no heat. Andrew came out, he was very nice, quickly determined the issue and said that he didn't have the part but he would put in the request for it to be ordered and they could be in touch with me the next day. I called twice the next day and George (I think) answered the phone, while he wasn't necessarily rude, he was not helpful and said that I would hear from them when they had gotten to me, with much huffing and puffing. Pretty much put me off. While I understand that I wasn't the only customer, I wanted information - did they have the part, how long would it take to get the part and install it. It was the end of November after all and it was cold! After the second call to them, I called James River, they came out 2 hours later and had the part installed and I had heat - the same day! When did I hear from Fosters you may ask - shockingly TWO WEEKS LATER, yes TWO WEEKS LATER! Like seriously, I'm going to wait for heat for two weeks at the beginning of December? Will never call them or use them and will share this experience with others."
