"Ridge came out, quoted me a reasonable price on a complete system replacement. There was a delay on receiving the unit due to COVID but he kept me informed on the progress. As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. I've been enjoying heating and cooling for the last 2 seasons with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend!!"
