The manager made the recommendation for less expensive tires when he heard how many miles I put on the car yearly, as opposed to hard sell for pricier tires I didn't need or want. Also didn't try to sell me any other services--just did what I needed and nothing more. Efficient, pleasant, helpful. A very good experience."
