They texted me with the instruction report immediately, someone from the shop called and gave me the update, and texted me the repair quote. My instruction failed since I needed new tires. I brought the car back after getting new tires elsewhere. They reinspected my car for free since it was within 15 days. I only had to wait for 15-20 minutes.
