"Was told on a Friday I would need to be there to unload the delivery so I sat and waited for the call until the arranged time had passed. I called and was told that it was moved until Monday so I had my equipment tied up waiting until Monday waiting until the delivery time I assumed they were running late so called and took emergency vacation… we’ll time passed so I called to be told sorry you were skipped over again… so now the 5th day has rolled around I’ve sat around waiting until the scheduled delivery time for no one to show up once again.. so I call and am told it’s out for delivery but won’t be there… we’ll I can’t be there they were told numerous times I had to leave by a certain time… I was given no answer and not helped at all so who knows if the delivery will be made or when at this point… I advise to find another company for your shipping needs"

"Company representative misinformed us as to arrival date of shipment. We wasted money and time waiting for shipment, only to learn it was never placed on truck, despite being told otherwise."

"Shipped a generator from Oklahoma. Arrived on time with no damage. Employees were very courteous and helpful. They even helped me load it inside my car, which was good because it weighs about 200 pounds."

"it were only possible to give 0 stars. where to begin, 1st dont buy appliance from @Lowes in Salem, VA because you will have to deal with these people. 2nd. they dont care about your doors or any part of your house when "installing" appliances as my drain pipes found out when they broke them. They at first said they could not fix it, but wanted me to go ahead and sign the work order completed where he had hand written "broken pipe cant install" on it. Uhhh... No? Basically when I tell them, "No, im not signing" they can now magically fix it! Go Figure.... We will come back Sunday between noon and 4PM. 11AM on sunday while I am at a board meeting get a call that they are here. Your window is noon to 4PM, their response was basically "we just run the stops in order" so had to call and get them to keep the actual window they scheduled. The manager said he would "talk to his emplopyees and tell them it isnt appropriate." These are the only two guys who will work for you and deliver in this area so basically he was telling me he wont do anything. This company is a joke and will scam you if you are not careful. NEVER SIGN the work order unless the work is done properly and watch them at all times!"

"Purely dissatisfied. We were stated to have delivery on Friday from 1p-3p , they changed the window from 3-6, then 6-9. Around 8pm they called and said our delivery isn’t coming. Wasted a day of work. They rescheduled for Monday. My husband got a call that our 130-430 window wouldn’t work and it would be a little bit later. I stayed home missing our sons soccer game. He called at 515 and the girl, Becky at the Greensboro facility stated that the driver was finishing the stop prior to ours and she would get an update on an ETA. I didn’t receive a call by 630 so I called back. I spoke with Brandon, a supervisor, to be told they marked the delivery as nobody was home. Not true. I have a front camera and you can clearly see nobody came to my house. I advised of this and he stated “oh Becky said she spoke with your husband and rescheduled for Saturday” complete lie…. We won’t even be home Saturday and we have a delivery plus setup. So obviously not feasible. He advised there was no guarantee I’d get a call back from the account manager in Greensboro. I work in logistics and I can say this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with"
