"I work as a Guest Service's Rep at the hospital, one of my responsibilities is to try to arrange transportation home for the patients when they are discharged. The easiest is the bus, and by easiest I mean the service. A bus has a scheduled route to adhere to you don't have to worry about waiting for hours on end for a bus! I have had several bad experiences with this cab service. The dispatch lady is just rude. Every time, I have called she is rude! I honestly do not know how she has a job with the way that she speaks to people. The other day I attempted to arrange a cab for a guest, 3 and 1/2 hours later no cab. The first phone call that I made she said she would get someone. The second one I made she said she didn't have anyone yet but that she would at 11 a.m. After 3 p.m. she stated that she had no drivers. Therefore when I called her today my first question was are they open. She immediately replied with a snide remark "what kind of question is that"! If you want to be talked to as if you are an idiot and wait 1/2 a day this is the cab service for you!"
