"I don't have a cell phone and needed to schedule a ride that would pick me up when my train came in. There was the caveat that the train might have been late... They went above and beyond to make sure I had someone to meet me there at the station - they even checked the updates so neither the driver nor I were waiting if my train arrived late. The driver was great, took me right to my destination with no 'shortcuts' and the vehicle was clean and comfortable."

"Was dropping off a rental car at the airport and was staying around the corner could had walked but weather was cool out and as I was messing with the app for the U named , instead of waiting 10 minutes I walked over and asked and it's 1comeb1 serve, the ride was there we went to my location in 2mins, driver was polite, I paid fee plus extra because I always pay forward. "I have to say this place was amazing the man that help me was very informative on everything including on ways to save money. I have a snake and going to some places will not allow you to buy live mice mine was raised on them he will not eat anything else so I always have to say I'm getting it as a pet witch can be very bothersome but this place had no problem with it they understood that snakes need to eat to and some have a specific diet I will keep coming here from now on for all my pets needs as I have a wide variety of animals and they can service all of them I can even get it delivered as I live in Martinsville and work alot so this was very helpful to know. "For years I have depended on Reid Taxi for frequent trips from east Roanoke to the airport and have never experienced any issues. James the dispatcher is always responsive, extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. The cabs are consistently clean and well maintained, arrive on time and the drivers have been flexible when my flights were delayed. Raphael and Matthew have driven me the most and both have gone above and beyond to provide a positive experience, very friendly and professional, though every driver I've had did a great job. It's so important to be able to have dependable cab service and Reid Taxi excels in every way; I would not use anyone else."

"Desrimanation is illegal but these people do it all the time. When I called for a cab, James said there were no drivers. Then he found out my name and said he doesn't approve of my line of work(I used them before to go to work) and refused to give me a cab. As the manager of a business your job is to provide the service you offer, not judge your customers based on your own feelings or beliefs. They don't show up on time if they show up at all. Dirty cabs,rude drivers save your money and the misfortune of talking to James. Seek other transportation."
