"The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not open past 2 PM. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. I wish it was easy to get some Bojangles in the evening in Salem. Otherwise, keep up the good work."
"The staff there on Friday January 19, 2024 needs serious training. I ordered 3 sausage & egg biscuits and when I got home they were just biscuits in the bag. They got me good. I go here regularly and the regular guy makes sure your order is what you ask for, this was a whole new crew and I didn't see the normal guy there. I will make sure to check my bags before I pull off from now on."
"Solid food. Usually good service but last time I went the manager was a bit of a stiffler. I understand rules need to be upheld in a restaurant setting but it does a lot more damage then good in certain situations. In this instance I ordered 2 meals. I ask for a singular ranch and he tells me he has to charge me 27cents for the sauce. I had already swiped my card and payed for the order. I don't know if I'm expected to re swipe my card and initiate another transaction for 25 cents worth of sauce. I figured he just would of been a good human being about it and give me my sauce. I ordered some food from there 3 or 4 days prior and asked for a ranch and didn't run into this petty nature so it definitely caught me off guard. I suppose the fella might have been going through some trouble at home so he felt the need to put his foot down on and flex his power through condiment taxation."
"I come at least one a week to this location, usually Sundays, and always look forward to it!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff makes me feel like I’m family. Highly recommend this location! The food is always delicious as well and served to perfection!"
