"You people need to get it together starting with dispatch smh my mom called there twice to do a timed and day pick up! Both times was told it wasn't marked down!! Missed doctors appointments due to your incompetence to handle a simple task! Answer call write it down better yet invest in a computer to better schedule timed pick ups that's called in several days in advance. If you can't handle that seek employment else where because dispatching isn't it for you"

"At mid-day Monday I called City Cab to arrange a pickup at 4 am Tuesday for a ride to the airport. I provided my name, phone number and address, and I double-confirmed my pickup time. The next morning, at 3:55 am, I called City Cab just to confirm a cab was en route. The dispatcher said "I have no record of you reserving a cab." Because the nearest cab was at least 30 minutes away, I drove myself to the airport. I will incur a parking fee that is 3X the cost of the cab ride."

"Me and my husband used them for the first time last night, the lady Lynne that answered the phone was very polite, she called us back within minutes to tell us the drivers name and described the car to us. William was our driver, he was on time and very polite. I'll NEVER call another cab company. We want to personally thank y'all for being so professional and polite!!!!"
