"Never again. Driver was going to take a longer route. I asked that she go a shorter way. She got mad and began driving like a maniac. To the point it almost scared me. On another occasion couldnt get a cab at Sheetz across from Berglund Center. How can a cab service that supposedly operates in Roanoke not be able to get you a cab there?"
"I arranged a pickup for an early morning flight out of Roanoke. I was told the car would be there at the requested time. About 5 minutes before the car was due I called in to make sure everything was OK, the dispatcher told me that no drivers had showed up this morning and nobody would be coming. I asked why didn't u call me and tell me this yourself! His only response was "I thought they may still show up". If its 5 or 10 minutes before the pickup is supposed to happen you are already too late. I will never call these jokers again! I called Roanoke Salem taxi and they arrived within 10 minutes even though it was before 5am."
"Completely INCOMPETENT. Have called hours in advance to one day in advance and have NEVER EVER got a cab!!! Dispatcher NEVER courteous enough to let us know that no one available EXTREMELY RUDE PHONE MANNERS. We all have running joke if you need to be anywhere NEVER CALL CITY CAB!!!"
"I used these guys few times , they are always show up on time and the drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly . the fare pricing is good too. I highly recommend this company. I do also recommend their limo services too, their limos are nice , new and very clean at reasonable rate . Ask for Zack , he is my favorite limo chauffeur ."
