Scheduled a delivery with them, and then ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY, they refused to come down my street to deliver the forks, saying that they'd have trouble navigating the street with their truck, even though large trucks come up our street all the time. The man on the phone was very pushy about having me drive up the street to pick up the 400lb package at a gas station, even though the pallet forks I would need to drive the package back to the farm were the item being delivered (unassembled!), and even though I paid for delivery to my house, not to that gas station. Now I have to wait for the item to be transferred to another company so that they can do these folks' job for them."
