"WORST place ever. Got my policy instated August 30 auto insurance quoted with wrong numbers and paid the down payment. John did not inform me about it at all. I recieved emails and billing notifications saying I was going to be paying $500 more than what I was quoted. He failed to respond as I have set multiple emails so I got in touch with Jared who turned out to be just as exhausting to have yet to reply or be ANY help. I ended up calling gainsco customer service, and they have told me that the same day I was getting the policy (AUGUST 30) they had went back in and changed my quote because they apparently didn't have correct information the first time when they did atleast on MY end. That's not the bad part, they did NOT think to inform me about this $500 increase until I found out myself. Ended up canceling my policy September 25 but still got billed today September 29 because they have not stopped my auto payment enrollment, said gainsco customer service representative. Will NEVER do business with these men again."
