"Very disappointed. Had a flat fixed, car inspected & an oil change. The flat was flat 3 days later they say the tire does not have a leak. Yet its 20lb down on air pressure every 3 days. 2 days after visit started to have wheel speed sensors issues. I’m sure they had nothing to do with that though. Almost impossible to find an honest shop that does what they are very well paid to do. Oh yea they charged me $170 for an inspection, oil change (small car) & to not fix a flat. Ticked stated that a tire rotation was included, but it wasn’t done."

"Went there previously to get tires and they were very reasonable, so I thought I’d come back for service. They were able to get me in quickly for an inspection. They told me I needed brake pads (anticipated; I actually bought some but they told me they couldn’t use them) and rear rotors (I went ahead and had them replaced although in hindsight I probably didn’t need them). Then they told me both my struts were blown and it would cost $1000+ to replace. I had to fail inspection to get a second opinion. That mechanic told me they were FINE. Had my car inspected elsewhere and passed with no issues. I feel I was targeted. Do your due diligence if they say you need something replaced/repaired."

"EXCELLENT place to shop. Exemplary, courteous knowledgeable staff coupled with AWESOME prices made for a great experience. Trust me, you want to shop here. It's local and the prices are great. This place is INFINITELY better than greedy, callous national chains like Firestone or Goodyear. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Great work!!"

"My dad told me about this place since I needed some tires and said the price is really good and so is the service. I went a while back to get a tire replaced and he wasn't kidding. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I can tell they are good people. I came back again cause I had a nail on an other tire and they were super helpful and quick to help me get it fixed. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a good deal on tires and some good service. :)"

"Where do i start? I showed up for my appointment for oil change and inspection, it had to be rescheduled for the next day due to computer issues. I go back the next day for the new appointment and asked if a headlight bulb i purchased could be put in (I could have done it myself but have had a recent hand injury) and the gentleman ( who i was later told was the owner) said yes but NEVER told me it would cost 68 dollars. I brought 2 bulbs with me, he asked if i wanted both put in to which i said ok but again he had the opportunity to let me know it would be $68 PER BULB! Thank God i had enough to cover the almost 300 dollars my bill came to for a simple oil change, inspection, and bulbs. Also, i asked one of the employees while i was waiting the 4 hours for my vehicle, for an estimate to replace the CV BOOT ( which i have purchased myself) on the drivers side, and was told it be cheaper to replace BOTH AXLES and gave me a $1000+ estimate…. Seriously??!! I asked for a simple boot replacement estimate - the rest I would have gladly brought back for them to do had I not been screwed over from the start. I will NEVER recommend this place. You know, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and never even got a stupid discount when I had to then give up another day of work due to the shop’s issues that had nothing to do with me. At the absolute VERY LEAST, they could’ve offered a damn discount, but hey what does a woman know right? I WILL be letting others know about this awful experience."
