"I needed new tires and an inspection. Went in on Monday and Eric was patient with me and helped me pick out a nice set of tires within my budget and desires. He fit me on that Wednesday morning and it only took a couple of hours. Scott was extremely helpful, too! They were both transparent about pricing and the repairs my car would need in the near future to increase the longevity of my car’s life. I was nervous about going to a new mechanic, but Eric and Scott (Assistant manager & Manager) made this experience a breeze! They explained things to me very thoroughly. If I could say one word to describe them it would be trustworthy! I’m also happy with the price of everything. Great customer service and work, I will be a returning customer and I will recommend to others! I wish the car maintenance & repair world had more Erics and Scotts!"

"Love MR. TIRE! Went in to have tires checked, as one was always low on air, and they found a small rim leak , which was easily sealed. Did not push buying new tire! Also put car up to look underneath, as something was occasionally dragging after I plowed through some recent high snow. Tightened up some front shield and problem solved. The best part, only $23! Waiting room was clean, needs updated magazines, poly shield at register, all employees wearing masks and very courteous. The second time I've been there, and will definitely go back when the needed arises. 12/30/22 Went back to Mr Tire because my tire sensor kept coming on. The store was very busy, but I was seen in a timely manner as I had an appointment. The problem was quickly located, as well as another small problem. All the issues were addressed, with no charge! Again, I love the service at Mr. Tire!"
