I reported it to the service manager and he acted as if I was at fault. After agreeing to replace the part he told me that they no longer carried it In stock. My vehicle didn't leave the shop the way I left it. This is the Second Time I had to have a part replaced that I didn't put it in the shop for!!!"

Well, 3 weeks later, talking to 4 different people, being placed on hold, was finally told parts were in, and that repairs could be scheduled. I was told it would take an hour, and that's about how long it took."
