"I used their website to search for a headlight bulb for my 2010 Ford Flex. The site listed a bulb that said it was an exact fit for my vehicle. I purchased it and tried to install it, but it did not fit my headlight. I tried to return it and had screenshots of the website showing it said it was an exact fit when I searched for a headlight bulb for my vehicle. It turns out the fine print on the website said it was an exact fit for my foglight, not my headlight. I searched for headlight, and this returned a part for a different part of my car that fit. I would have expected a refund and for them to note this issue to their web team to correct the misleading site UI / search. Instead, Advance Auto said this was my problem for not reading the fine print. While that may be true, this is an incredibly slimy business practice that I am sure ensnares many purchasers. The words Exact Fit are green, the Fog Light is small print. I will no longer shop at any Advance Auto Parts. I would encourage you to do the same, why support an unethical company."

"Past experiences at this location have been ok but the most recent experience was not great. I was looking at parts online and wasn't sure I had the right item, so I went to the store to make my purchase. When I was assisted by the man at the counter, he found the parts and it was $60. I paid, walked out, looked at their website and saw the part numbers matched but the item I was sold was at a higher price point than the one in my online cart... So I immediately walked back in and returned the items. While he processed my refund, I mentioned that it was $20 cheaper to purchase online, but the associate didn't offer to grab the cheaper items I needed (even though the website said they were in-stock at this store). So I went to a competitor with a similar name, and they sold me the items I needed for a total of $30."

"I appreciate the kindness and patience the two gentlemen working tonight around 5:00 pm showed me. Unfortunately, my car wouldn't start this morning, and I thought I would have to replace my battery. Luckily, the diagnostic run on the battery showed that it was just fine, and it was most likely the corrosion around the post or just a fluke. Today was a difficult work day taking care of others, and it was nice to have the roles reversed. Thank you so much for your help today. The kindness shown by both gentlemen brightened my day!"

"Car started acting up when I was headed to work. Had to call in but I went straight to Advance and with them being able to give me and on the sight diagnostic. I found out it was my throttle going bad. The associate was super cool and she didnt mind me taking her picture."

"Been going there for years. Everyone has always been nice and helpful. They will lend a screwdriver or pliers if you need it. And will actually come come out and look at the car to help get the right part."
