"This store is horrible. The entire team needs replaced. No one answers the phone, in the rare instance that they do they leave you on hold indefinitely. So then I show up to the store, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME. I asked for help, and I got told by the store manager Tony "Just wait a minute man." That's all I've been doing! Just drive past this store, they won't help you. They never do."

"Don’t call this store the only thing you will get is “Auto Zone can you hold “. I call the store in Henrico they answered right away. They didn’t have the part so they said this store had it on the south side. I called the girl put me on hold five minutes go by so I hung up wait called back the guy answered same damn thing “ Can you hold”. I’m holding I’m holding again I hang up. Waited 5 minutes I’m like I understand customers but I called again this time the same girl with the infamous line “Can you hold” wow I’m done with you guys ! Very bad customer service.Will never call or visit this store again"
