"Thank the person that worked with me yesterday. He truly performed above and beyond the call of customer service. He has it right. A piece of merchandise was ordered for my vehicle and he chose to get it previously owned to cut down on price. The piece arrived missing the two attachments on the ends to hold it in place. The sales person worked to find something that would fit on it and I left the store some time later very satisfied.
