"We ordered veggie Bawl on 12/20/23 at 7:19pm from Chester Chipotle. They had NO STIR FRIED VEGETABLES, NO TOFU & WHITE RICE AND NO SOUR CREAM. Lettuce was like a sprinkle only. We would never return here. The google reviews is 3.6. Who ever is running Empty bottles of Tabasco And NO Napkins. This is unacceptable and disappointing!!!!! Unclean tables and low lighting was unfavorable place to eat dinner."

"NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS FILTHY RESTAURANT AND DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER FROM THE APP AGAIN! THIEVES! This is the worst Chipotle to go to. This Chipotle is always out of food. The managers never speak clear English and they could care less about how the teenagers that work in the store treat you. My daughter ordered food on the Chipotle App and the manager on call her name is Cindy. I went to return the order because none of the food my daughter paid for was available. I kept asking Cindy if you all didn't have the food why wouldn't you just cancel the order. Cindy refuse to speak to me. Cindy told me she could not give me a refund and she told me she could not replace my food. She threw the order of food away that they gave to my daughter. Cindy's co-worker a young man told me that they did not have any of the food available my daughter ordered online. So, why would Chipotle take her money if they didn't have the food. Why wouldn't Chipotle just cancel the order. I literally had to call a customer service number to get a refund and the lady who answered the phone didn't speak English and she was not concerned about how my daughter or myself was treated. I would never eat here. The counter is always nasty and I caught one of the food servicer's on the line wiping their runny nose. I told my daughter to never order food from that Chipotle especially with Chipotle having a Salmonella breakout. This Chipotle is disgusting and the kids they have working there has absolutely no professional mannerism. NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS FILTHY RESTAURANT AND DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER FROM THE APP AGAIN! THIEVES!"

"Literally the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to! There is Always food on the counter. They slide each burrito through it and then attempt to wipe it off. I’ve given this place 3 tries, each several months apart hoping that it would get better but it never does!! Food from other bins and containers is constantly being dropped into the other containers. Tonight a woman ordered everything vegetarian and when they scooped the beans for her she pointed out several pieces of chicken that had fallen into the mix. One star is far too generous!! They also have no clue how to fold the burrito and tonight i found a bone in my food. Never, ever going back!"

"I was hoping that unlike the Chipotle's at home, the guacamole was actually blended, like you see on TV. I was wrong. It was just huge avocado pieces. Other than that, you can expect quick, good service. The food is fresh. I was a little frustrated when my son's order was completed and then two other online orders were filled before they checked to see if I was with him, but that was probably just an issue with staff coordination. They seemed like they were trying."
