Panera Bread

"I haven't been in awhile because I had been disappointed, and this time will be my last! I loved their French Onion Soup, thought "how could you go wrong?" I will ytell you how,,,1/2 bowl at $8.00 for starters, shreds of cheese, barely melted or warm, and six croutons! I am done, too many places to go these days, sorry Panera!"

"Yuck. Smoothie was warm. Mobile order was not ready. Took another 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Good was not tasty. Not a great experience. Come on Panera. Lucky we were just passing thru. Would not stop here and don’t recommend anyone else stopping at this store."

"We were traveling from NC to a wedding in Richmond and decided to pull off when we saw there was a local Panera. We knew we could get a good salad at Panera before heading into our busy weekend. We were wrong! 1- This Panera is not well cared for. It was dirty. The tables were not clean, and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in days. 2- Upon ordering our salads, we asked if there were salad dressing alternatives other than the one advertised that came with the salad. We received a one word answer of ‘no’. We were shocked! Panera only has one kind of salad dressing?! 3- Once we got our salads and grabbed a seat we could not have a conversation because the music was so loud. Or to use the description of my companion, ‘the music was obnoxious’. We are Panera fans and were so disappointed that we felt it important to post this review. Hopefully someone in management will read this and address the problems at this location."

"Right after daylight savings time I want and asked it they were still serving breakfast. I was told that it was 11:30. When I commented that it was 10:28 and they must not have changed the time, a girls voice said do YOU want breakfast?! I said yes. When I got it , they had covered it with pepper and were laughing as they gave it to me."

"I just came thru the drive thru. I ordered a bowl of tomatoe soup. Looks like they scrapped the bottom of the barrel. Why is it half empty? Not happy. I could have gone to a competitor paid less, gotten more soup and it been fresh. Shame on you. If I was t tired I would go back and get my money back."
