Wendy's

"Didn't receive chili or my frosty. I got nuggets but they were spicy. I ordered mild. Why confirm the order? Why send something you know is incorrect? Just cancel the order."

"12-30-23 @ 1830. This Wendy's is highly unprofessional. It all started when I asked for sour cream to go with my sour cream and chive potatoes. I was told by the drive-thru worker, with an attitude, that I didn't request sour when she took my order. Super confused. As I waited at the window, I was handed chili( hot) in a brown paper bag. May I add the chili bowl to the brown paper bag? It could be more sustainable. Moving forward, I asked for the manager. I told her that this area only has one Wendy's in less than a five-mile radius of where I lived, and every time I come, I am spoken to with attitude, deep sighs, and aggression whenever I request condiments. I did refer to the interaction being acceptable in Black Culture, but I found it to be unprofessional and unprovoked. Anywho, I asked the Caucasian supervisor if she'd give me the contact information for the regional manager, but she stated there needs to be a regional manager. I wondered who was next in command after her, and she sarcastically called out random names and rolled her eyes. Save your money here if you want quality service or to be treated like ordinary people. Had I been a white woman making this complaint, I am 100% certain the outcome would have been different. PS. Brenda's old manager's contact information is posted, so I wrote it down because it's on the drive-thru window. However, the Caucasian manager told me she no longer works there. When asked why the sign was still posted, she said it was not my job to remove it. SMH. Unfortunately, she represents our Wendy's in Chester, VA, and Sadly, this type of behavior is acceptable."

"The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually really good. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was very clean. The service was average for a fast food place. The particular server that we had could benefit greatly with some social and professionalism training. Conduct in front of a customer is very important."

"Asked for unsweet tea with the order. Heard one employee say to another I was being handed sweet tea, and I said I asked for unsweet tea. Employee said oh, it’s unsweet. I tasted it and she lied, it was sweet. I handed it back, she returned to me a cup of what looked like lightly colored water. Then I checked the burger that I asked to NOT have mayo, and it did. I parked, went in and handed back the unsweet tea and said “it’s hardly tea” and asked for replacement unsweet tea and also the burger I asked to NOT have mayo, was served with mayo and I needed it replaced. The attitude I received from three young women was horrible. They need attitude adjustments, better training or a job that doesn’t require any skill and pleasant disposition. I won’t be in any hurry to return."

"This is only my second time having breakfast at Wendy’s. It was really good. The potatoes are seasoned well and the sandwiches are really good. Samuel was very friendly at the drive thru. I enjoyed my breakfast and will be returning. I have never had any problems with this location. It was a quick stop for good food."
