"Greatest experience we've ever had at a McDonald's fast food chain. The cashier went over and beyond to make sure we were happy, from greeting us with a nice smile and hello upon entrance, brought us our food, checked on us a couple of times, asked if we needed anything and we noticed he was the same with other customers as well. I spoke with the manager and told him how great the young man was. He said he was a new hire. I told him the young man was just fabulous. I wish I could remember his name. I did get it and meant to call the survey and fill it out, but I lost it before I got the chance. The manager's name was Kendal, I believe. They were both great guys. Everything was nice, neat and clean. Kendal is doing a great job with that store."
"We ordered 2 Big Macs and a Double quarter pounder. All we got was burger patty and cheese the quarter pounder had one pickle. The photo is of the quarter pounder we ordered it with nothing taken off."
