"Terrible customer service. I sat at that counter and waited for my order. The waitress took my simple order. I watched person after person get their food before me. The waitress noticed but didn’t say anything. She eventually came over and said “oh they can make your omelette now” lol. I walked out."

"The food was not cooked as ordered. I had to send eggs back twice. I ordered over easy eggs, and each time, they had hard yolks, and the bottoms were fried crisp, as was the edges. TWICE? REALLY!!!! My husband's waffle was ordered light, and it to, was hard and crispy. His coffee was COLD the very first cup. He asked for a fresh cup, it too, was COLD. Again, the third cup was COLD before they made a fresh pot. RIDICULOUS! The waitstaff didn't deserve a tip, but we left way more than a decent amount."

"My son had surgery and saw a waffle sandwich on tik tok. This group went ahead and made it for us. The whole crew Saturday morning on 7/22/23 in the morning was amazing! Also very friendly and made great conversation while still doing their job. I know that most places have a lot of turnaround of employees, but I hope they keep them around! Please share this Google review with your employees it's important they know when they get good feedback!!"

"Awesome staff and great food this morning for family of six. Can't get this service most places anymore. Hope they stay around - it'll be worth going frequently. Had only stopped for the Waffle sandwich that my grandchild had seen on TicToc...learned not a menu item, but knew about it and fixed it for me because they had heard about it. Really enjoyed it!"

"I came here on my day off for breakfast with my son. We had a great experience from being promptly seated to being engaged by the manager on if everything was perfect (which it was). This location stands out to me because of the consistent excellent customer service. I will continue to be a customer at this location."
