"Avoid this BK if possible. I ordered a large shroom & swiss melt meal with a frozen cherry drink. Upon entering, I was told they no longer make that sandwich. I told the manager I'll just take a Whopper with cheese instead. She then proceeds to tell me that I can only have a small meal in order for the prices to match up. Confused at why I have to concede with what I ordered, I just agreed so I could leave asap. But no, it took 12 minutes to receive my order. When leaving, I have to remind the manager my missing drink. She just hands me a small cup. I advise that I ordered a frozen drink. She just shrugs and say they don't have frozen drinks. Adding insult to injury, when I return to my vehicle, I discover that my cold Whopper did not have cheese on it. I should've just asked for a refund. But from the lack of items available, more than likely, I would've been told they don't issue online order refunds. The gas station next door has fresh, hot food. I'll just go there if I need to purchase food in this area. You should too!"

"I ordered a whopper combo, no cheese, no mayo in the drive thru. What I received was a whopper with cheese and with a big glob of mayonnaise. Some people order it this way to cut down on the cholesterol in fast food. Some order it this way because they don't like mayo or don't eat dairy. Some of us order it this way because we are highly allergic to the ingredients of mayonnaise, like eggs or soy bean oil. The sheer laziness and bad work ethic of the employees here is astounding. They're setting their employer and the Burger King Corporation up for a lawsuit by getting someone sick or even worse. One of the last times I ordered a whopper here with no mayo, I could tell that the mayo had been merely scraped off the bun and put back together. In the time that it took to do this, they could've just made my burger correctly. They've recently covered the first drive thru window with paper, because rumor has it, an employee was filmed sticking his hand down his pants while loading beef patties onto the flame broiler. I didn't believe it before, but I do now. Lesson learned. Someone post that video."

"Extremely slow. The fries were fresh but the burger had clearly been sitting there under a heat lamp for quite some time. Employees were not welcoming or polite at all."
