Dunkin'

"This place is pathetic. My daughter and wife comes her several times in the past and there shelves are empty. Today we came for the grand kids and there is one Boston cream nothing on the shelves. Sorry kids. I won't come back . How do you stay open.. bad jew jew. The ice coffie was hot she made the coffee and then said screw it just added ice cubes . Wish there had undercovered boss maybe things would change. ."

"If I could share the video I would show you. I went to your dunkin' donuts this afternoon about 1:15 p m, I ordered a small cappuccino and 2 Boston cream. I live more than an hour away. So my thought was eat them while I was on my drive. It's cold and rainy and storming today. So I thought the cappuccino would be good for the drive as well. I started eating one of the Boston crame and I did not see any cream. Or custard inside so I put it aside. And I looked at the second one. And I saw 6 little teeny holes in the bottom of the second one but when I pulled it apart, it was absolutely no custard at all. I made a video I could send to you. I took a sip of the cappuccino. And quickly realized it had no sugar or any taste of any kind. It was creamy looking but there was no froth at the top and there was no sugar in it, so it was undrinkable for my drive. If that is standard to not put any sugar in it. I was not offered any sugar or anything else to make it any better. So both of the doughnuts are completely c*** and the coffee cappuccino was disgusting. It tasted like black coffee. I was craving the cream and the custard from the Boston cream. And basically it was like a chocolate covered bread."

"Don't spend money at this store. I've sent my husband here twice in the past week and both times my coffee either has too much milk or no sugar at all. It's not hard to make a macchiato, I'll just keep making them at home. Do better Dunkin."

Then close down the drive thru in these moments, some of us have places to be. It's not fair that there is no ability to leave the line either. Didn't even order anything."
