"This place is awesome! The staff members are hilarious! I’ve been here 3 times and it gets better with each visit. I usually would go here for the Buffalo Chicken Salad. But, my most recent time over there, GiGi told me about and recommended the BBQ Chicken Salad Melt and to add Bacon. There was some fancy chicken soup I’d never heard of. It was great. Looking forward to going back again on my next trip down 81."

"The loaded potato soup was on their special and on the chalk board but they were out. How odd is that❓ I mean they don't peel potatoes, they open it from a frozen can. Not that difficult. Especially since it's a every Friday special, run outat 1 pm❓ The overly loud lady that brought out the orders, said they were short handed. Same old song and dance, so tired of hearing that. If you don't have enough employees to run the business, and serve the customers,, then close it. Two tiny cups of soup and the smallest chicken salad container (no drinks) was $16 outrageously overpriced. At those prices they can afford to pay a wage that attracts people."

"We are from the northern states where this franchise has not reached yet. So when we walked in. We had no idea it was a large chain. It felt like a mom and pop food establishment. The sandwiches were amazing, the service was really great. I love the whole concept! We hope one opens in Michigan soon."
