Little Caesars Pizza

"We have been to Little Ceasars a hundred times over the years. Today was the best experience we have ever had. The front desk worker, named Daniel, had exceptional customer service. He was very personable and friendly. He gave us options to save money. Daniel was just a joy to be around and we enjoyed speaking with him. This guy deserves a shout-out! Thank you Daniel for your positive attitude. You are greatly appreciated!"

"Friendly staff. One actually traded out one of my pizzas because he realized it was almost past its expiration… update - service has drastically went down hill. Ordered online, got here when the app said it should be ready. Waited 10 minutes in my car and never got a notification. Went in to check and when he went back to check, I overheard them discussing that they allegedly lost the pizza. Never came out to tell me. When he did finally come out, he briefly mentioned that it would be 8 more minutes, acting like this is normal. If I knew I wouldn’t get charged from the app, I would have told them to cancel the order. If he would have just been honest, I wouldn’t have even thought about changing the review. 9-19-2023. Oh… and loud cursing in front of customers."

"We have noticed the past few months that the toppings were fewer and fewer but didn't complain until the last pizza order of a Extramostbestest Pepperoni pizza was made. Upon getting the pizza home, we discovered there was little to no pepperoni on the pizza and certainly not what is advertised on the website: "more Pepperoni and Cheese than our Classic Pizza". Instead on writing a negative review, I contacted the store and spoke to one of the managers (Joy?) who could not have been any nicer and apologetic. She without hesitation offered a replacement pizza and indicated that she would enter the information in a log they maintain at the store. A week later I called and unfortunately Joy was not working but instead another manager that wanted to challenge me on the replacement pizza. When I told him the order number and order date, he found the entry and told me that the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes due to the number of orders being placed. I arrived at the store between 20-25 minutes after placing the order only to find no indication of an abundance of other orders and my pizza sitting out on a back counter instead of the warming locker up front. It was obvious that my pizza had sat for some time as evidenced by the condensation on the bottom of the box and the lack of heat coming from the pizza. Upon getting home, I again found that there was very little pepperoni and certainly not extra. Instead of complaining again, I decided to write this review to caution potential customers about patronizing this business. I would give this business a score of 1 but for the fact that at least one employee understands that there are other pizza options in town and customers need to be taken care of. Too bad the management company is not concerned or else they would be addressing the obvious problems in this store."

"Ordered cheese,pepperoni,and crazy bread said be a 10-15 wait. After waiting just handed 1 pizza and crazy bread I told them what I ordered they forgot to ring it up so had to pay again and wait another 10-15. This location use to be fast and great service. Been faster to go to the food city next door and got a frozen pizza and cooked it at the house"

"Ordered a cheese pizza and when I opened it later the dough was still soft and sort of doughy. Wasn't even hardly started to brown. They did have one hot and ready which has not been the case many times with this location. I have started driving further to a different location because of it."
