"Ordered online. Told them my mobile number and got food and left. Simple aa pie. Parking lot had lots of spaces to park for inside folks to eat. You can still order from a person, but you better learn to use their order panels. My guess is the personal touch will so be gone."

"So there are several McDonalds restaurants surrounding this one, and it is definitely not the closest to me. But we drive out of our way to come to this one every time now because this McDonalds at the Pinnacle is by far the best. I dont know if the owner of the one at the Pinnacle owns any of the ones surrounding that one, but the staff and practices being done at the Pinnacle Location far outshine every other McDonalds locally. We've never dealt with any rude employees, they always seem engaged and on top of things and every time we order food here it is always fresh. You know how when you get those perfect fries and they take ypu back to your childhood and remind you why you keep going to McDonalds in the first place? This McDonalds gets the fries "Nostalgia Perfect" every single time for us. Either I'm going at incredibly lucky times every time, or you guys are just doing it right over there. Same thing with the Double Cheeseburgers. We order with confidence at this McDonalds every time knowing the food is going to he fresh. So to the entire staff from the front of the house to the cooks to the management, keep up the fantastic work! And to the owner, be proud of that team! There's a LOT of McDonalds out there, but something at this location specifically is being done right, and it all starts with the team in place"

"The store appears new & clean. It was the first McDonald's I had been to where I was given a number to put on my table after ordering & my food was brought to me. I chose a double cheeseburger & fries. The fries were hands down the best McDonald's fries I've had in YEARS!!! Unfortunately, my burger was cold - the meat was warm, but the bun felt like it had been refrigerated. It was so cold I even had the person I was dining with feel it through the wrapper. I would definitely return to this location for drive thru fries, but not so sure I'd be willing to chance another cold burger."

"Folks in drive through lanes are not served on a first come basis. Multiple cars may pass you while waiting for an employee to serve you. Burgers are normally greasy and messy. I believe they are capable of better quality food and service. I look forward to any improvements."

"Truly ridiculous! That sums it up. Admittedly, this isn't gourmet dining. It was "road food". Something as simple as a hamburger with extra pickle and it had so little treatment of anything except pickle. I am compelled to wonder how these places stay in business. I know, it's McDonalds. It's a huge chain, and it's too big to fail. It is also apparently disconnected from its customers. Get em in, get their money, get em out! To hell with the QUALITY of each individual product! It's a sad commentary on what we've become. There is NO excuse for a reputable company to succumb to such complacency! Either you care about your customer, or you don't. Period. The product I received tells me you don't. Next time, maybe I should pack sandwich fixings for the road. And at least it could be made right and taste good."
