"Staff at this Burger King is very polite and friendly. The food was well made and fresh."

"Ordered the ghost pepper chicken fries, but upon arrival was told that they do not have that item and they'd replace it with regular chicken fries. The box for them says "crispy" on one side and "crunchy" on the other side, however they were tough, gummy, and overly chewy. Nothing about them was crispy, crunchy, or edible, and I had to throw them away after barely finishing a single borderline cold chicken fry. I also ordered a bacon double cheeseburger that was room temperature as well. The bacon was burnt and broken into tiny bits, cheese completely unmelted by the lukewarm beef patties that felt like yesterday's leftovers, and the bun was so stale/hard/cold that I couldn't eat any of it and had to throw it away too. I would have went inside to bring this to the manager's attention, but honestly I didn't want to risk another round of disappointment on subpar "food" that would have probably made me sick should I have attempted to stomach it. Do better!"

"The food is always cold, the buns smell and taste like they keep them in a musky damp dirt basement. When going through the drive thru. They never and when I say never I mean never get the order right and always leave something out of the bag. Or it's wrong all the way around. This Burger King sucks bad. But on the other hand most of the time the employees that work there are nice for the most part."

"I'm done with this store. I've updated my review several times and it just keeps getting worse. This time I could tell they didn't try or care from how my Whopper Melt was prepared. Bacon and patties were dry and cold, so cold my it couldn't melt the cheese and they didn't even try to toast the bread so I insisted on a refund. The manager didn't seem to happy about my complaint but I got my refund. Check my pics."
