Papa Johns Pizza

"I work in a group home , and placed an order for 11 people to eat dinner. I placed it early in the day because i would not have time to do it at dinner time. They delivered it an hour and 20 mins early. when i called a manager said he would just refund it and i could replace the order. Then he had to check with his GM. The female GM came on the line said hello twice and then hung up on me. When i called back she stated it did not come through that way. Not i am sorry there was a mix up, not I am sorry how can we make it right, nothing. Has to be the worst run pizza place in the world. I am very sorry i ever decided to do business with them. I would not suggest them to anyone."

"The driver came in extremely rude because he didn’t know how to read the address. When I tried to explain to him we were sorry he stated we need to learn to put the suite numbers in better. Walked out mumbling under his breath. Very unprofessional will not be ordering from them again ever!"

"I am gluten free, and their gluten free crust is delicious! I am intolerant, not celiac, so I am not sure about safety as far as severe allergies go. I had ordered pizza online, with the pickup set at 10:45, which is the last slot before they close. I went in to pick up the pizza and they did not have the order. I thought maybe I had selected the wrong location, but when I checked my phone to show the confirmation, I realized I had not actually placed the order. The man working that night was incredibly kind about it, and rang up my order anyway, even though I told him it was not necessary if they were already closing things down for the night. He made the pizzas and even brought it out to my car for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service! I would name him, but I'm terrible with names and honestly can't remember it."

"i ordered a small pizza and it came in 18 minutes! super fast and the pizza is hot and yummy. great customer service on the phone and the delivery driver was very nice 10/10!"

"I don’t know who is halfway through a two week notice or if they just don’t have a care in the world but this time papa John’s was a bad decision. My whole family is sick and we just wanted some pizza. Paid $56 for 3 medium pizzas and 2 orders of buffalo wings. Would have been more satisfying getting the $1 pizzas from the Walmart frozen section. More sauce on the box of the wings than the wings themselves, pizza had no sauce or cheese on 1/2 of the pizzas, could have been cut better with a butter knife. Big waste of money."
